What is Turmeric+?

Turmeric is cultivated across India and has been used in the traditional practice of Ayurveda for thousands of years.

It has 53 different names in Sanskrit, each describing a special quality that ancient Indians attributed to their beloved spice, from survana (golden colour), to bhadra (auspicious or lucky).

Modern scientific and medical research into turmeric's special qualities focuses on its key active ingredient: curcumin.

Turmeric+ contains the most scientifically researched curcumin formulation in the world, documented in 45 human studies involving over 2,000 people, including studies at facilities like the High Performance Sports Centre in Barcelona, Spain.

Each Turmeric+ tablet contains 500mg of Curcuma Phospholipid Complex, a unique combination of curcumin with soy lecithin that is 30 times more absorbable than ordinary turmeric powder, in an effective and natural alternative to black pepper.

This increases the body's absorption of curcumin by mimicking the natural action of eating turmeric with food. Each tablet delivers the amount of curcumin you'd absorb naturally from eating 150g of raw turmeric.
